  1. Cut the chicken into 2-inch strips. Marinate them in the yogurt until ready to use. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. In a shallow dish, season the flour with salt and pepper. When oil gets hot, raise the heat to high. Coat the chicken pieces in the flour mixture and place them in the oil. Cook about 2-3 minutes per side, until brown. Drain on paper towels and serve.
