- Yield: 2 loaves
Salba Bread Recipe from: www.pixelply.com
- 5 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Salba Chia Whole Seeds
- 1/2 cup Salba Chia Premium Ground
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 tablespoons fast rise yeast
- Mix these ingredients in a large bowl then add the yeast with approximately 2-2 1/2 cups of water. Add a little more water or flour if needed to acquire the desired consistency.
Knead the bread dough and let rise to twice it's size.
Roll out and make into 2 loaves.
Bake at 425 for 40 minutes.
Let bread cool on rack then enjoy!
